Antoinette Bozac is Chief Legal Officer and Vice President, Corporate Affairs, having previously served as Vice President, Human Resources & Legal Affairs and General Counsel, for Canada Lands Company CLC Limited.  She brings solid expertise to this role, in which she advises the Company's Board and senior management on issues dealing with legal, governance and public affairs.

A licensed member of both the Québec and Ontario Bars since 1986, she has practiced in the areas of corporate, business, employment, commercial real estate, competition, intellectual property and international trade law. Before joining CLC, she was Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of Unisource Canada, Inc., where she was part of the executive leadership team. Ms Bozac obtained her undergraduate degree (Honours History & Mathematics) from Concordia University (Loyola College) and thereafter both Civil and Common Law degrees from McGill University. Ms Bozac is an Officer and Director on the Board of the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association and Past-President of its Greater Toronto Chapter, as well as a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors, the Canadian Centre for Ethics & Corporate Policy, the International Women’s Forum, the Licensing Executives Society, the Human Resources Professionals Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
