LOUISE N. PELLETIER, BA, LL.B, LL.M

Louise N. Pelletier, BA, LL.B, LL.M, as Vice President, Legal Affairs for SITQ, she manages the legal group assigned to the residential, hospitality and investment fund activities of the company. SITQ is an affiliate of the Caisse de Dépôt et de Placement du Québec with real estate assets in Canada, the US, Europe and India. She is a member of the Québec Bar and of the Law Society of New Brunswick. Ms. Pelletier has spoken at a number of real estate conferences and is also involved in community service.
