In the heart of downtown Moncton, New Brunswick, CLC and its partners have transformed the former CN Railyard into an award-winning project, which includes the CN Sportsplexe recreation complex, Emmerson Business Park and Franklin Crossing residential community.

CLC preserves Canada’s military heritage

In projects such as Garrison Green and Garrison Woods in Calgary, Garrison Crossing in Chilliwack, B.C., and the Village at Griesbach in Edmonton, CLC has taken steps to ensure that the legacy of these former Canadian Forces bases is commemorated. Through street names, public parks and special monuments, CLC has honoured those who served their country and paid tribute to men and women who have served in conflict zones around the world.
