OUR VALUE-ADDED EXPERTISE
Since the company’s inception, CLC and purchasers have invested $61 million in environmental remediation.* 

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL REMEDIATION SUCCESS STORY: CN Sportplexe, Emmerson Business and Technology Park and Franklin Crossing, Moncton, N.B. 
Using an innovative risk management approach and new technologies, CLC supervised the removal of tonnes of debris, soil and other materials from this former CN Railyard. CLC’s efforts were rewarded with a Phoenix Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. The project was completed in three years at a cost of approximately $15 million.
