CLC’s Denison Armoury property is located in the former municipality of North York, now part of Toronto, at the intersection of Dufferin Street and Wilson Avenue (and Highway 401).
The property consists of two parcels (1.7 hectares (4.2 acres) and .34 hectares (0.85 acres)), bisected by Billy Bishop Way, and currently carries an Industrial/Commercial zoning designation.
CLC is evaluating potential uses for the property and intends on working closely with the municipality and local stakeholders to determine the most appropriate use in the redevelopment of the site.

Denison Armoury was a former Canadian Forces facility, and was the former headquarters of Land Force Central Area, Joint Task Force Central, and 32 Canadian Brigade Group.
