Canada Lands Company CLC Limited (CLC) is the owner of the Franklin Crossing development in the City of Moncton.
Nestled between Centennial Park and the CN Sportplex, it is ideally located in the heart of Moncton. The development will provide a variety of housing types, and will include detached, semi-detached, and townhouse units with occasional medium to high-rise buildings.
