Franklin Crossing

Canada Lands Company CLC Limited (CLC) is the owner of the Franklin Crossing development in the City of Moncton.

Nestled between Centennial Park and the CN Sportplex, it is ideally located in the heart of Moncton. The development will provide a variety of housing types, and will include detached, semi-detached, and townhouse units with occasional medium to high-rise buildings.

Currently a number of Garden Home-style units near Centennial Park are available for purchase, bringing year-round recreational opportunities right to your front door.

As with its other projects across Canada, CLC has made legacy preservation a key priority at the Franklin Crossing project. Several streets within the new residential community are named in honour of those who worked at the former Moncton Shops or after railways that formerly served Moncton.
