Canada Lands Company CLC Limited (CLC) is the owner of a property being developed as Franklin Crossing in the City of Moncton. The lands are subject to an Integrated Development (ID) Agreement with the city, which permits the development of Moncton’s newest residential community with a strong mixed use core, which will contribute to the vibrant growth of the city.
Nestled between two large parks, Franklin Crossing is to be a place unlike any other in Moncton. It will be a vibrant community, where a variety of housing types, surrounded by the expansive canopy of Centennial Park, will serve as home to families, couples, singles, and retirees. As a mixed-use neighborhood, it will feature detached, semidetached, and townhouse units with occasional medium to high-rise buildings.
Currently, a series of unique Brownstone Town Homes are available for purchase. Also under construction are Garden Home-style units that face Centennial Park, bringing year-round recreational opportunities right to your front door.

Legacy
As with its other projects across Canada, Canada Lands Company (CLC) has made legacy preservation a key priority at the Franklin Crossing project. Several streets within the new residential community will be named in honour of those who worked at the former Moncton Shops or after railways that formerly served Moncton.
