Construction is underway on a brand new retail village next to Garrison Crossing in Chilliwack, BC. A wide range of shops and services, will be within walking distance of Garrison Crossing.


When completed, the Garrison Village shopping complex will:



  • have 80,000 ft2 (7432 m2) of retail space, including a 27,000 ft2 (2508 m2) Cooper’s Foods grocery store, 

  • include The Residences at Garrison Village, over 170 residential units, ranging in size from 450 ft2 to 1000 ft2

  • be a pedestrian-oriented development connecting to the new Cheam Community Centre, pool and outdoor spray park

  • be conveniently located at the NW corner of Vedder and Keith Wilson Roads

  • be designed to accommodate all of the conveniences expected in a community village including a drug store, restaurants, coffee, video store, liquor store and financial institutions

Garrison Village opened in Summer 2009.
