March 28, 2012: A Request for Proposals has been posted in the tenders section regarding CLC’s property at La Prairie, Québec.

Located on the south shore of Montréal about five kilometres from the Champlain Bridge westbound on Highway 132. The properties were declared surplus and were included in the large portfolio acquired by CLC. The size, redevelopment complexity, lack of vacant land, presence of one of the last unharnessed rivers in the Montreal area (St-Jacques) and wetlands make this a strategic site. CLC acquired these properties in December 2010 and is preparing its development/disposal strategy in collaboration with municipal authorities.
