In March 2008, CLC acquired the former site of the Senneville Lodge in Senneville, Québec, located on the western tip of the island of Montréal. The 60.5-acre (24 hectare) property had been owned by Veterans Affairs Canada and is the site of a former veterans care facility, Senneville Lodge, which operated from 1946 until its closure in 1990. The buildings have remained largely vacant since the closure of this facility.
CLC will work closely with municipal officials and local stakeholders to determine the most appropriate use in the redevelopment of the Senneville property.
