A Toronto landmark for more than 30 years, the CN Tower is the best-known property in CLC’s portfolio. Rising more than 1,815 feet (533 meters) above downtown Toronto, Ontario, it attracts more than 1.5 million visitors annually.   CLC assumed full responsibility for the CN Tower in January 2004. The company continues to invest in the facility to improve its marketability, to help retain its iconic status as a symbol of Canada – and to contribute to the vibrancy of Toronto’s tourism sector. In recent years, CLC has initiated a number of improvements. These include the installation of an energy-efficient lighting system that dramatically enhances the CN Tower’s profile and the Toronto skyline.   In spite of a challenging environment for tourism across North America, the CN Tower remains one of Toronto’s most popular attractions and a destination for visitors to the city.
